Payment for Work on Public Holidays. All work performed by staff who are not shift workers on a public holiday within the ordinary span of hours as described in Clause 38.1, shall be paid at the rate of 150% in addition to the payment for the public holiday. A minimum payment of four hours at the appropriate rate will be made.
