Payment of Accrued Benefits. Notwithstanding anything else herein to the contrary, all Accrued Benefits to which the Executive (or the Executive’s estate or beneficiary) is entitled shall be payable in cash promptly upon the effective date of termination, except as otherwise specifically provided herein, or under the terms of any applicable policy, plan, or program; provided, that all Accrued Benefits shall be paid no later than December 31 of the calendar year immediately following the calendar year of the Executive’s termination.
Payment of Accrued Benefits. (Severance) into a Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association (VEBA) Account
Payment of Accrued Benefits. The Participant shall be entitled to receive payment of the following accrued benefits:
(i) Any earned but unpaid base salary through the Termination Date, payable within five days following the Termination Date or such earlier date required by applicable law;
(ii) Any accrued but unused vacation pay through the Termination Date, payable within five days following the Termination Date or such earlier date required by applicable law;
(iii) Any unreimbursed expenses incurred by the Participant through the Termination Date, payable in accordance with the Company’s applicable expense reimbursement policies and procedures; and
(iv) Such fully vested and non-forfeitable employee benefits, if any, as to which the Participant may be entitled under the employee benefit plans of the Company.
Payment of Accrued Benefits. Upon the termination of this Agreement by either party for any reason, or upon the expiration of the Term, the City will pay to City Attorney the cash equivalent of all leave benefits, then accrued as of the date of the termination, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 4.3.

Payment of Accrued Benefits. You will be paid your base salary through the Separation Date. Your accrual of wages, benefits and other employment privileges ends on the Separation Date and no additional amounts are owed. Per Company policy, no accrued vacation will be paid to you. Group health benefits will end as of the Separation Date. You must submit a final expense report (including supporting documentation as required by Company policy) for any outstanding business expenses by the Separation Date. The Company will pay any submitted expenses within thirty (30) days of the Separation Date to the extent such amounts are determined to be payable in accordance with Gentherm’s policies and practices for the reimbursement of business expenses.
Payment of Accrued Benefits. Promptly following Closing and in accordance with applicable law and Seller's plans and policies, Seller and GI shall pay and satisfy all of their obligations to the Transferred Employees as of the Closing Date relating to any accrued salary, bonuses or employee benefit plans covering such Persons other than for accrued vacation benefits assumed by Buyer in accordance with Section 9.12.
Payment of Accrued Benefits. On the regularly-scheduled pay date following the Separation Date, the City shall pay Employee for any and all accrued benefits Employee is entitled to receive pursuant to City policy.
Payment of Accrued Benefits. The Company shall pay Employee all unpaid salary, accrued vacation, paid time off, bonuses and any and all other benefits or compensation that were earned, accrued or vested but unpaid as of the Retirement Date (the “Accrued Benefits”) on the first normal payroll date of the Company following the Retirement Date or such other time as may be specified in the applicable plan, agreement or other arrangement governing the terms of the Accrued Benefits.
Payment of Accrued Benefits. In accordance with Section 9(a) of the Employment Agreement, on the next regular payroll date following the Separation Date or at such later date as contemplated by the Employment Agreement, Executive will receive the Accrued Benefits (as such term is defined in the Employment Agreement). These payments will be made regardless of whether Executive signs this Agreement.
