Payment of Annual Leave on Termination. (a) On the termination of their employment, an Employee will be paid their untaken annual leave. (b) Except where the Employee’s employment is terminated for misconduct, annual leave loading is payable on termination (including resignation) of an Employee’s employment. Weekend and shift penalties are not payable on termination (including resignation) for any reason.
