Public Holiday Substitution. (a) If, under (or in accordance with a procedure under) a law of a State or Territory, a day or part-day is substituted for a day or part-day that would otherwise be a public holiday because of subclause 35.1(d), then the substituted day or part-day is the public holiday.
Public Holiday Substitution. (a) RDNS and an Employee may, by mutual agreement, substitute another day for a public holiday.

  • Holidays on Saturday or Sunday When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding workday not a holiday shall be deemed to be that holiday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following workday not a holiday shall be deemed to be that holiday.
