Payment of Employee Benefits During Maternity Leave. During the period of maternity leave, the Employer shall continue to pay the Employer's share of hospital, medical, and group life insurance and pension premiums only for a maximum of seventeen (17) weeks. The employee must continue to pay the employee's share of these benefits for seventeen (17) weeks.
