Payment of Referral Fees. Payments of any fees under this Article 6 shall be made within 30 days of the payment of the commission or other payment giving rise to a referral fee hereunder and such payment shall be accompanied by a statement setting forth in reasonable detail the calculation of such referral fee, including the amount of the applicable gross commission or other payment and the corresponding referral, and attaching any reasonably requested supporting documentation, which shall be treated confidentially.
Payment of Referral Fees. If, within sixty days of the applicable Referral Date, an Accepted Issuer signs on StartEngine, the Scout shall be entitled to receive a fee (“Referral Fee”). The Referral Fee due is outlined in the
Payment of Referral Fees. Unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Parties, each Party will bear its costs and expenses with respect to the activities contemplated by this Agreement. Referral fees will only be paid to Referral Partner on Concluded Opportunities (defined in Exhibit 1) under the terms of this Referral Agreement, including the terms and conditions of Exhibit 1 (Referral Commercial Terms).
Payment of Referral Fees. If, within Ten (10) days of the applicable Referral Date, a Referral enters an agreement with LINK GROUP to provide its Hardware Services to such Referral, then Referrer shall be entitled to receive a one-time fee (“Referral Fee”) of Four Percent (2%) of the gross proceeds of sales received by LINK GROUP from the Referral. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Gross proceeds of sales" means the value proceeding or accruing from the sale of tangible personal property, digital goods, digital codes, digital automated services, and/or for other services rendered, without any deduction on account of the cost of property sold, the cost of materials used, labor costs, interest, discount paid, delivery costs, taxes, less sales allowances, sales discounts and sales returns. Eligibility for a Referral Fee will be dependent upon LINK GROUP’s reasonable determination that, in addition to referring the Referral, the Referrer had a relevant role in the consummation of the agreement with such Referral. LINK GROUP will pay the applicable Referral Fee, if any, to Referrer within sixty (60) days of LINK GROUP’s receipt of the qualifying fees from the corresponding Referral. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall LINK GROUP be obligated to pay a Referral Fee for any Referral involving an Existing Client.
Payment of Referral Fees. Referral fees will be paid/credited on a monthly basis for Qualified Sales completed (order, payment and shipment have occurred) during the applicable period. Approximately 60 days following the end of each calendar month, you will receive payment for the referral fees earned; We will not pay referral fees on purchases where the customer failed to give a correct Coupon Code.
Payment of Referral Fees. Payment of Referral Fees - HubSpot shall pay Referral Fees within forty-five (45) days after the end of each fiscal quarter in an amount equal to the Net Revenue recognized by HubSpot as revenue from Partner’s referral customers during such quarter, times the Referral Fee percentage. For example, pre-payment in full by a customer for an annual commitment will be recognized by HubSpot as revenue quarterly on a pro-rata basis for the length of time the Service was provided during each quarter during the annual term, and Partner will receive Partner Fees on that same quarterly pro rata basis. HubSpot will not pay more than one Referral Fee on any given referral sale and reserves the right to apportion a Referral Fee if more than one HubSpot partner has contributed to the close of a referral sale. HubSpot shall use commercially reasonable efforts to collect payments due from customers. Partner shall be responsible for payment of all taxes to which the Referral Fee is subject. All amounts payable by HubSpot to Partner are subject to offset by HubSpot against any amounts owed by Partner to HubSpot. Fees Not Payable - Partner will not be entitled to Referral Fees or any other compensation on any referral transaction if: (a) such compensation is disallowed or limited by federal, state or local law or regulation in the United States or the laws or regulations of Partner’s jurisdiction; (b) the applicable customer prohibits the inclusion of such compensation in the price of the contract or excludes such compensation from its payments to HubSpot; (c) the customer has paid or will pay such commissions, referral fees, or other compensation directly to Partner.
Payment of Referral Fees. Edlio will continue to pay Association Referral Fees as provided in Section 2 only as to Association Members who signed Edlio’s MSA prior to termination, and provided additionally that Edlio’s obligation to pay such Referral Fees shall apply only to payments received by Edlio from Association Members within 90 days after termination.
Payment of Referral Fees. Referral fees will be paid/credited on a monthly basis (at the first of each month for the previous month’s commission) for Qualified Sales completed (order, payment and shipment have occurred) during the applicable period. The reporting period begins on the 25th of each month and ends on the 24th of the following month. We will not pay referral fees on purchases where the customer failed to identify you as the referrer. You have the option to receive your referral fees in the form of a Visa Gift Card or in Workspring Dollars to be used toward Workspring services – meetings, events or memberships.
Payment of Referral Fees. In order to receive payment for Referral Fees earned under this Section 4, Platinum Advisor is required to provide Concur with information reasonably required by Concur, including Platinum Advisor’s U.S. tax identification number and a fully-completed form W-9. Subject to Section 4.5 below, Concur will pay Referral Fees to Platinum Advisor on a quarterly basis. All payments of Referral Fees to Platinum Advisor will be made by check and will become due and payable by Concur within forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter in which the underlying applicable revenue from the Customer is collected. Concur will not pay Platinum Advisor any Referral Fees for invalid SBE Customers or Concur Service Transactions that occurred as a result of any violation of this Agreement, all as determined by Concur in its sole discretion. Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties, Concur shall pay all Referral Fees in United States Dollars (USD) or the currency of the underlying Customer agreement (at Concur’s election).
Payment of Referral Fees. On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month for the preceding calendar month during the term of this Agreement, ACCH shall pay to Bank the referral fees payable to the Bank for the previous calendar month in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Referral Fees Payment Schedule set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto.
