Payment of Superannuation. Contributions (1) All employeessuperannuation contributions will be paid no later than 30 days following the end of the last pay period in any month.
Payment of Superannuation. Under the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 GPAC is required to make contributions, known as the Superannuation Guarantee Charge (SGC), to an approved superannuation fund on behalf of all employees. The applicable SGC rate at the commencement of this agreement is 9%. The Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 requires a minimum monthly level of earnings before contributions are paid however at GPAC contributions are made on all earnings.
Payment of Superannuation. (a) The Centre will pay to all Employees, regardless of their age and including Employees who are below the monthly earnings threshold, superannuation contributions in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 including: (i) Gross wages – before tax) (ii) Overtime payments (iii) Penalty payments (iv) Higher duties allowance (v) Video allowance (b) Paid parental leave, excluding payments made under the Government Paid Parental Leave Scheme. The Centre will pay superannuation contributions (including salary sacrifice) on behalf of each Employee at least monthly and in full to the nominated superannuation fund. Reasonable administrative costs in relation to these payments will be met by the Centre.

  • Superannuation 13.1 The Employer shall contribute, on behalf of the Employee, superannuation to a fund that will be nominated by the Employer, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant, prevailing superannuation legislation.

  • Superannuation fund Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in Clause 24(b) to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in Clause 24(b) and pay the amount authorised under Clauses 24(d)(i) or 24(d)(ii) to one of the following superannuation funds: (i) Health Employees Superannuation Trust of Australia (HESTA); (ii) any superannuation fund to which the employer was making superannuation contributions for the benefit of its employees before 12 September 2008, provided the superannuation fund is an eligible choice fund and is a fund that offers a MySuper product or is an exempt public sector scheme.

  • Special Education Teachers Elementary/Secondary Special Education Coordinators shall be compensated for an extended work day in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000).

  • Equalization If at any time any Lender receives any amount hereunder (whether by voluntary payment, by realization upon security, by the exercise of the right of setoff or banker’s lien, by counterclaim or cross action, by the enforcement of any right under the Loan Documents, or otherwise) that is applicable to the payment of the principal of, or interest on, the Loans (other than Swing Loans), LC Participations, Swing Loan Participations or Fees (other than Fees that are intended to be paid solely to the Administrative Agent or an LC Issuer and amounts payable to a Lender under Article III), of a sum that with respect to the related sum or sums received by other Lenders is in a greater proportion than the total of such Obligation then owed and due to such Lender bears to the total of such Obligation then owed and due to all of the Lenders immediately prior to such receipt, then such Lender receiving such excess payment shall purchase for cash without recourse or warranty from the other Lenders an interest in the Obligations to such Lenders in such amount as shall result in a proportional participation by all of the Lenders in such amount.

  • Educational Benefits The Employer agrees to provide educational benefits to employees that are in permanent status as of the first day of the quarter they are registering in accordance with the Employer’s space-available tuition waiver policy and employee 50% operating fee tuition waiver policy, to include:

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Flexible Working Arrangements In accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000, an employee affected by family violence may request a short-term (two months or less) variation of their employment arrangements to assist the employee to deal with the effects of family violence.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.
