REDUNDANCY ENTITLEMENTS. (a) Each month, the Employer will pay $80.00 per week (pro-rata for part time) to each Employee, for each week of service which that Employee completed on the Project, into an Approved Worker Entitlement Fund such as:
REDUNDANCY ENTITLEMENTS. Redundancy provision payments will be made in accordance with the NSW Government’s Managing Excess Employees Policy or its replacement should a new policy be determined.

REDUNDANCY ENTITLEMENTS. • An employee who is made redundant will receive 4 weeks severance pay for each year of completed, continuous service. - A maximum payment of 50 weeks will be received if less than 45 years of age. - A maximum payment of 60 weeks will be received if greater than 45 years of age. PLUS: In addition to the above payments, either one of the following payments will be applicable:- • An employee who is 50 years of age or over at the time of retrenchment will receive an additional 1 week pay for each complete year of service over the age of 50. OR • An employee who has completed 12.5 years continuous service will receive an additional 1 week pay for each complete year from 12.5 years. - The employee will receive whichever payment is greater and is not entitled to both.
REDUNDANCY ENTITLEMENTS. (6) An employee is entitled to the following redundancy pay, subject to any minimum amount the employee is entitled to under the NES:
REDUNDANCY ENTITLEMENTS. 23.1 In the event that one or more positions are no longer required by Shell Logistics and no suitable alternative or equivalent position can be found for one or more of the employees who filled the former position or positions, all or some of those employees may be retrenched.
