Payment of Vacation Upon Separation. A member, who is separated for any reason, or his or her spouse or secondarily, his or her estate upon the member’s death, shall be paid in a lump sum at the member’s rate of pay for all accumulated but unused vacation leave.

Payment of Vacation Upon Separation. Upon separation, full-time employees who have not used all of their paid vacation will be paid for their unused vacation, up to a maximum of 10 days (eighty (80) hours).
