Common use of Payout of Unused Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Payout of Unused Sick Leave. Employees who have accrued a sick leave balance in excess of 2 days sick leave, will be entitled to the payout of all sick leave on termination or completion of assignment on the project.

Employees Any employee who have has accrued a sick leave balance in excess of 2 three days sick leave, leave will be entitled have all accrued sick in excess of a balance of sick leave paid out to the payout employee when the employee is terminated or demobilised from the project at the initiation of all sick leave on termination or completion of assignment on the projectemployer for reasons other than serious misconduct.
