Payroll Penalty. In the event an Employer fails to pay wages in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this section, the Union is free to take any economic action it deems necessary against such Employer, and such action shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement.

Payroll Penalty. Where an Employee is not paid in accordance with Articles 4.06.1 and 4.06.2, CMAW will contact the Employer for rectification within three (3) business days. If not rectified, such employee shall be deemed to be still on the payroll of the Employer and shall receive his usual wages and conditions until there is compliance with the conditions.
Payroll Penalty. Where an Employee is not paid as provided above, such Employee shall be deemed to be still on the payroll of the Employer, and shall receive his or her usual wages and conditions until there is compliance with the conditions.

  • Civil Penalty Payment Pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25249.7(b)(2), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the Notices or referred to in this Settlement Agreement, GMI agrees to pay three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) in civil penalties.   • Work Hour Penalty Eight hours of labor constitute a legal day's work, and forty hours constitute a legal week's work. Pursuant to Section 1813 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Contractor shall forfeit to the County Twenty Five Dollars ($25) for each worker employed in the execution of this Contract by the Contractor or by any subcontractor for each calendar day during which such worker is required or permitted to work more than the legal day's or week's work, except that work performed by employees of said Contractor and subcontractors in excess of the legal limit shall be permitted without the foregoing penalty upon the payment of compensation to the workers for all hours worked in excess of eight hours per day of not less than 1-1/2 times the basic rate of pay.
