PC Membership. A Program Committee is also hereby established and shall work pursuant to the oversight of the OC. The PC shall develop and propose the Research Collaboration Plan, as well as a plan for any other Major Decisions, for the OC's review and approval. Upon the OC's approval of such Research Collaboration Plan or Major Decision, the PC is responsible for managing such matters and reporting to the OC on a regular basis. The PC shall also develop and propose the Research Project Plans. The membership of the PC shall consist of six (6) members, with three (3) members designated by each Party. The method for the nomination of the chairperson of the PC shall be the same as that for the OC as described in Section 2.5(a). The initial members of the PC are listed on Attachment 2.5(b). (c)

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. Up to one (1) representative from each of the four (4) employee bargaining agencies at the other education workers tables will be invited to participate on the Committee.

Additional and different classes of Membership Interests represented by different Units may be created and issued to new or existing Members on such terms and conditions as the Governors may determine. Such additional and different classes may have different rights, powers and preferences (including, without limitation, voting rights and distribution preferences), which may be superior to those of existing Members. Members shall have no preemptive rights to acquire additional or newly created Units.

  • Country Club Membership Employer agrees to reimburse Executive for reasonable country club membership dues, in accordance with Employer’s policy.

  • Membership Interests The Sole Member currently owns one hundred percent (100%) of the percentage interests in the Company.
