PEL Public Meetings. During PHASE II of this study, it is anticipated that at least three (3) rounds of public meetings, each held in four (4) separate locations along the corridor, shall be held for the PEL Study in order to gather input on the Conceptual Alternatives (6-10 alternatives), Alternatives ( 3 alternatives), and the Recommended Alternative. The Engineer shall submit a draft purpose and message for the meetings to the State for review and comment. The Engineer shall prepare the final purpose and message for the meetings based on comments received from the State. The Engineer shall assist the State with establishing meeting dates, locations, securing meeting facilities, providing facilitation services, and providing technical advice regarding PEL Public Meetings. The Engineer shall be responsible for the PEL meeting as follows: • Attending up to a total of four (4) in-person preparation meetings, one (1) of which will be a “dress rehearsal”. • Preparing meeting materials including, but not limited to notifications, sign-in sheets, handouts, exhibits, and multi-media presentations, including a 5 to 7 minute voiceover presentation • Developing and maintaining a meeting attendee mailing list • Mailing meeting notifications • Developing meeting advertisements (both English and Spanish versions) • Publishing meeting newspaper advertisements (both English and Spanish versions) • Developing and maintaining an e-mail database for electronic notification of the meeting • Research the existing distribution networks of elected officials, civic, residential, and transportation interest groups to their constituents/members. Provide notices in graphic formats for them to use on social media, e-blasts, newsletters, community electronic billboards, utility bills, and other distribution avenues.   • Public Meetings The Governing Board is subject to and shall comply with the Open and Public Meetings Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et seq., and any subsequent amendment thereof. The Governing Board shall conduct regular meetings consistent with principles of transparency and avoidance of actual or apparent conflicts of interest in the governance of the Charter School.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan.   • Company Meetings Attendance at Company meetings (as distinguished from store meetings) shall not be required, but shall be completely voluntary on the part of the employee.

  • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • Periodic Meetings As reasonably required by Owner, Manager and other personnel engaged or involved in the management and operation of the Properties shall meet to discuss the historical results of operations and to consider deviations from budget.

  • General Meetings 19. The Academy Trust shall hold an Annual General Meeting each year in addition to any other meetings in that year, and shall specify the meeting as such in the notices calling it; and not more than fifteen months shall elapse between the date of one Annual General Meeting of the Academy Trust and that of the next. Provided that so long as the Academy Trust holds its first Annual General Meeting within eighteen months of its incorporation, it need not hold it in the year of its incorporation or in the following year. The Annual General Meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Governors shall appoint. All meetings other than Annual General Meetings shall be called General Meetings.

  • Informal Meetings The Engineer shall provide technical assistance, preparation of exhibits for, and minutes of informal meetings requested by the public to discuss the pending impacts to neighborhoods and businesses due to roadway shutdowns, detours and access restrictions or as deemed necessary. This is not to be confused with the formal public meetings held during the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process during schematic approval for Public Involvement. It is not anticipated that the Engineer’s participation will be needed for the NEPA process. Assistance (exhibits, attendance, etc.) may be required for a formal public meeting/hearing associated with schematic approval work.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.
