Permanent Records Management Clerks i) When a statutory holiday is a day that is not normally a working day for a permanent employee, the employee shall be granted one (1) day off in lieu of the statutory holiday. The lieu day will normally be the next regularly scheduled working day but where that is not operationally feasible the Supervisor or Manager will schedule the lieu day to be taken at a later date.
