  • Permission to Leave Work The Employer agrees that stewards shall not be hindered, coerced, restrained or interfered with in any way in the performance of their duties, while investigating disputes and presenting adjustments as provided in this Article.   • ACCESS BY LANDLORD Under the terms of this Lease, access to the Property by Landlord may be undertaken as follows: A. If the Tenant is absent from the Property for a period of time equal to one-half the time for periodic rental payments. If the Rent is current and the Tenant notifies Landlord of an intended absence, then the Landlord may enter only with the consent of the Tenant or for the protection or preservation of the Property. C. The Landlord shall not abuse the right of access nor use it to harass the Tenant.
