PERIOD OF HIRE. You should not arrive before 4pm on the commencement date, and departure is by 10am on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in you being charged a further day’s rental. Guests leaving on a Sunday are welcome to stay until 2pm, unless otherwise advised. You must not use the property except for the purpose of a holiday during the holiday period, and not for any other purpose or longer period. The agreement to stay in the property for the holiday period, does not create the relationship of Landlord and Tenant between the parties. You shall not be entitled to a new tenancy, or to any assured short hold or assured tenancy or any statutory protection under the Housing Act 1988 or other statutory security of tenure now or at the end of the Holiday Period.
PERIOD OF HIRE. Rentals commence and terminate at the times specified on the Booking Confirmation.

The equipment hired will be subject to a minimum hire period, as specified in the Suppliers price list from time to time. Hire charges are calculated weekly, fractions of a week being charged on a daily basis, the charge for one day being 1/7th of the weekly charge, except for each item where there is a specified minimum hire period. The date of despatch and the date of delivery shall be whole days. No allowance will be made for holiday periods or inclement weather or for any reason whatsoever beyond t h e Suppliers control including strikes, lock-outs, cessation of labour, transport delays, Government interference or control or any other cause or contingency. The Supplier may at its sole discretion and subject to availability and at the request of the Hirer, add, subtract or substitute to the equipment let on hire without creating a modifying agreement within the meaning of the Consumer Credit Xxx 0000.

You have the opportunity to pay for an early check in (1pm) and/or a late check out (12pm) when you make the booking.
