Common use of Personal Time Off (PTO) Clause in Contracts

Personal Time Off (PTO). The Company's PTO year runs from January 1st to December 31st and the Employee may take personal time off totaling twenty-five (25) working days in each PTO year (in addition to public holidays). Personal time off should be taken at such times convenient to the Company as may be agreed between Employee and the Company and in accordance with any policies as to personal time off from time to time established by the Company.
