Personal Time Off (PTO). Executive shall be entitled to 4 weeks of PTO in respect of each 12-month period during the term of his employment hereunder, such PTO to include time off for sickness, personal business, vacation which is to be taken at times mutually agreeable to Executive and the Board. Payment for such PTO is included in Executive’s base salary.
