Personal Time Off (PTO). 1. PTO days shall not be used to extend a holiday, however in the event that a teacher must use a PTO day to extend a holiday, they agree to have their full daily rate of pay deducted for each day the holiday is extended. 2. If four (4) PTO days are used consecutively, teachers agree to have a total of $105 deducted from their pay for the fourth day.
