Personal Use of Employer Cellular Telephone. Employees wishing to use City-provided cellular telephones for personal reasons, on a more frequent basis than is provided for in Section “A,” must make arrangements to reimburse the City for such use. The City, at its discretion, shall determine the manner in which reimbursement is calculated, the schedule for reimbursement payments, and the method by which payment shall be made. Employees shall be required to execute a written agreement outlining the terms and conditions of reimbursement, which shall be maintained with the Auditor. Personal cell phone usage is strictly a fringe benefit, and the Employer reserves the right to discontinue the program or alter the terms and conditions of reimbursement at any time.

  • USE OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES 8.01 Reasonable space on bulletin boards will be made available to the Alliance for the posting of official notices, in convenient locations determined by the Employer and the Alliance.
