PERSONNEL SECURITY CLEARANCE. (1) Within the scope of this Agreement, each Party shall recognize the Personnel Security Clearances issued by the other Party.
(2) The Competent Authorities shall assist each other upon request and in accordance with national laws and regulations in carrying out vetting procedures necessary for the application of this Agreement.
(3) Within the scope of this Agreement, the Competent Authorities shall inform each other without delay about any alteration with regard to Personnel Security Clearances, in particular about a revocation or an alteration of the Security Classification Level.
(4) Upon request of the Competent Authority of the Originator, the Competent Authority of the Recipient shall issue a written confirmation that an individual is authorized to access Classified Information.
PERSONNEL SECURITY CLEARANCE. Upon contract award, security clearance applications for all required personnel shall be completed in accordance with the NISPOM paragraphs 2-104 and 2-105 and instructions received from the cognizant Defense Industrial Security Officer (DISO), Defense Security Service (DSS). All required clearance actions shall be forwarded to the cognizant DISO.
PERSONNEL SECURITY CLEARANCE. (1) Access to information classified as VERTRAULICH/KONFIDENCIĀLI/CONFIDENTIAL and above shall only be granted on the basis of a personnel security clearance.
(2) The competent security authorities and agencies shall assist each other upon written request and in accordance with the applicable national law when, under this Agreement, carrying out vetting procedures of individuals staying or having stayed in the other State.
(3) Within the scope of this Agreement, the Parties shall mutually recognise the personnel security clearances.
(4) Within the scope of this Agreement, the competent security authorities and agencies shall inform each other without delay in writing about any alteration with regard to personnel security clearances.
PERSONNEL SECURITY CLEARANCE. (1) Access to classified information of the security classification levels VERTRAULICH / ПOBEPИTEЛHO / CONFIDENTIAL and above shall only be granted on the basis of a personnel security clearance.
(2) The competent authorities or agencies shall assist each other upon request and in accordance with the applicable national law when, in application of this Agreement, carrying out vetting procedures of persons staying or having stayed in the other State.
(3) Within the scope of this Agreement, the Parties shall mutually recognise the personnel security clearances.
(4) Within the scope of this Agreement, the competent authorities or agencies shall inform each other without delay in writing about any alteration with regard to personnel security clearances, in particular about a revocation or an alteration of the security classification level.
PERSONNEL SECURITY CLEARANCE. (1) Within the scope of this Agreement, each Party shall recognize the Personnel Security Clearances issued by the other Party.
(2) The Competent Authorities shall assist each other upon request and in accordance with national law in carrying out vetting procedures necessary for the application of this Agreement. The Competent Authorities shall consult with each other on the minimum of information necessary for vetting procedures.
(3) Within the scope of this Agreement, the Competent Authorities shall inform each other without delay about any alteration with regard to Personnel Security Clearances, in particular about a revocation or an alteration of the security classification level.
(4) Upon request of the Competent Authority of the originator, the Competent Authority of the receiver shall issue a written confirmation that an individual is authorized to access Classified Information including his or her level of clearance.
PERSONNEL SECURITY CLEARANCE. (1) Within the scope of this Agreement, each Party shall recognize the Personnel Security Clearances issued by the other Party.
(2) The Competent Authorities shall assist each other upon request and in accordance with national laws and regulations in carrying out vetting procedures necessary for the implementation of this Agreement.
(3) Within the scope of this Agreement, the Competent Authorities shall inform each other without delay about any withdrawal or alteration with regard to Personnel Security Clearances, in particular about an alteration of the security classification level.
(4) Upon request of the Competent Authority of one Party, the Competent Authority of the other Party shall issue a written confirmation that an individual is authorized to access Classified Information.
(5) Access to Classified Information designated and marked as RISERVATO / EINGESCHRÄNKT / RESTRICTED shall be limited to persons having the Need to Know and who have been briefed accordingly.
(6) Access to Classified Information designated and marked as RISERVATISSIMO / VERTRAULICH / CONFIDENTIAL and above, shall be allowed only to those individuals having the Need to Know, holding a Personnel Security Clearance at the appropriate level and who are regularly briefed accordingly.
PERSONNEL SECURITY CLEARANCE. All individuals performing technical* support under this Contract are required to have, as a minimum, a Secret security clearance. Interim clearances are acceptable.
PERSONNEL SECURITY CLEARANCE a determination made in accordance with the national law of one of the Parties that an individual is authorised to access Classified Information;
