Phase A. Pre-heating (Figure 1) The fuel in the pan shall be ignited at a distance of at least 3 m from the tank being tested. After 60 seconds pre-heating, the pan shall be placed under the tank.
Phase A a. Temporary agency workers work in phase A for as long as they have not worked more than 78 weeks for the same private employment agency.
b. Phase A lasts 78 worked weeks. Temporary agency workers do not work in phase B (see paragraph (2) of this article below) if they have not worked more than 78 weeks for the same private employment agency.
c. In phase A, temporary agency workers always work on the basis of an agency work employ- ment contract with agency clause, unless a secondment agreement has been expressly concluded.
d. The 78 weeks in phase A continue to be counted (only the worked weeks are counted), for as long as there is no interruption of more than six months between two agency work employ- ment contracts. If there is an interruption of more than six months, counting starts again.

e. If contrary to the provisions of items a., b. and d. of this paragraph, temporary agency work- ers who reach the age on which they become entitled to state pension (AOW) work in phase A for as long as they have not worked more than 130 weeks for the same private employ- ment agency. *1 Contrary to the provisions of Section 7:691 subsection 1 and Section 7:688a of the Netherlands Civil Code. *2 Contrary to Section 7:691 subsection 4 of the Netherlands Civil Code.
Phase A. Monsanto Canada may terminate this Agreement upon delivery by Monsanto Canada to Protiva of (i) written notice of termination at any time during Phase A and (ii) [***] by electronic wire as arranged with Protiva. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Phase B is initiated by Monsanto Canada, Monsanto Canada shall not be entitled to terminate this Agreement pursuant to this Section 9(d). 6503474.12
Phase A. Pre-heating
Phase A. During the period from the Principal Instrument Delivery Date through December 15, 2012, the following financial covenants will be measured as follows:
Phase A. In accordance with article 18 of this Collective Labour Agreement, the actual wage in phase A is determined per assignment.
Phase A. Land preparation and fence construction (duration 4 weeks). This phase involves levelling the land so as to facilitate the eventual construction of a corral where the hogs will stay. After the land is levelled and prepared for laying the foundation, the fence or barrier will be built. This phase will also include building design, which will be a simple structure composed of concrete blocks.

Phase A shall include 136 units and shall be 100% affordable to extremely low (e.g. up to 30% AMI) and low income (e.g. up to 80% AMI) households earning an average of no greater than 43% area median income (AMI), excluding two property manager unit’s, as further set forth in the Affordable Housing Assistance Agreement executed herewith.
