Phase- in of Salary Scale for Postdoctoral Scholars employed as of August 12, 2010: Beginning June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2014, a Postdoctoral Scholar receiving a salary/stipend below the appropriate experience rate based on her/his experience as a Postdoctoral Scholar, shall be moved (on reappointment or anniversary date) to the appropriate salary rate for her/his experience level provided such move does not exceed a 3% increase from June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2013, and a 3.5% increase from June 1, 2013 – May 31, 2014. If the increase would exceed 3%, the Postdoctoral Scholar shall receive a 3% increase to her/his salary/stipend for the period through May 31, 2013, and 3.5% through May 31, 2014.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Consideration of Salary History Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12K, the Consideration of Salary History Ordinance or “Pay Parity Act.” Contractor is prohibited from considering current or past salary of an applicant in determining whether to hire the applicant or what salary to offer the applicant to the extent that such applicant is applying for employment to be performed on this Agreement or in furtherance of this Agreement, and whose application, in whole or part, will be solicited, received, processed or considered, whether or not through an interview, in the City or on City property. The ordinance also prohibits employers from (1) asking such applicants about their current or past salary or (2) disclosing a current or former employee’s salary history without that employee’s authorization unless the salary history is publicly available. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12K. Information about and the text of Chapter 12K is available on the web at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/olse/consideration-salary-history. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12K, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.

  • Application of Salary Rates The Employer shall continue the current application of salary rates for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Salary Scales 1. In the settlement of the Kindergarten Teachers, Head Teachers and Senior Teachers' Collective Agreement 2000-2002 the parties committed themselves to the implementation of pay parity for kindergarten teachers. Senior teacher K3 and K4 salaries were benchmarked to the base salary (excluding the roll-based supplementary component) of a primary U2 and U3 principal respectively.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

If no qualified bargaining unit member applies for the supplemental position, the Board may fill the vacancy with individuals not in the bargaining unit.
