Common use of Phone Calls After Hours Clause in Contracts

Phone Calls After Hours. An employee who is required to work resulting from a phone call from the workplace, but does not involve a return to work, shall be paid at straight time rates of pay for each hour of portion thereof worked, for a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour. This provision does not apply for phone calls occurring within two (2) hours of the start of a minimum call back in accordance with Article 14.02 (d).

Phone Calls After Hours. Phone Calls After Hours.
