Posting Work Schedules. The Employer shall prepare and post normal work schedules for all bargaining unit employees at least ten (10) calendar days in advance of the effective date of such normal work schedules.
Posting Work Schedules. Wherever possible, provisional work schedules shall be posted twenty-eight (28) calendar days in advance in a place accessible to the employees. Work schedules shall be confirmed and posted no less than fourteen (14) calendar days in advance. Employees requesting changes in the provisional work schedule must submit such requests prior to the fourteen (14) calendar days mentioned above. Deviation from the posted schedule shall be by mutual agreement with the employees affected and the Employer, unless extenuating or emergent circumstances arise. If there is no mutual agreement between the employees and Employer, the employees will work the scheduled days as posted subject to the conditions of this Agreement.
Posting Work Schedules. The Employer shall develop shift rotations. Employees’ work schedules shall be posted 30 calendar days in advance in a place accessible to the employees. Employees requesting changes in the work schedule, other than vacation leave, must submit such requests within 14 calendar days of the posted schedule.
Posting Work Schedules. Work schedules, confirmed eight (8) weeks in advance by scheduling personnel or Supervisor, shall be posted not later than fourteen (14) days in advance. Management reserves the right, without penalty, to make changes to the posting, when required due to unforeseen circumstances.
Posting Work Schedules. The Company agrees to post a weekly work schedule for all employees covered by this Agreement not later than Wednesday noon for the following week. If such schedule is not posted by Wednesday noon for the following week, then the previous schedule shall apply for the following week. The schedule of employees working full-time may be changed without notice in the event of an unscheduled absence of employees or in the event of an emergency such as a snowstorm, breakdown of machinery or other instances reasonably beyond the control of the Company. In all other cases at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice of change must be given or five (5) hours' additional pay at the straight time rate in lieu of notice. Notice to part-time employees shall be given as far in advance as possible by the Company. In the event of a revision to the schedule, the onus is on the Company to contact all employees by company email and phone impacted by a schedule change.
Posting Work Schedules. Work schedules showing shifts, workdays and hours shall be posted in each school and office.
Posting Work Schedules. Work shifts, days and hours shall be posted on all appropriate bulletin boards at all times and shall be posted on the preceding Thursday of each work week. In the event such schedule is not posted by Thursday, the Employer or his designee shall be responsible for notifying any Employee whose schedule is changed from the regular schedule for the coming week.
Posting Work Schedules. Regular work schedules shall be filled in accordance with Section 10.07 – Seniority for Shift Bidding, and shall be posted and/or provided to employees at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the beginning of the shift bid start date. Short notice shifts (< 2hours notice) are not subject toposting The Employer will use a business-centric (utilization) methodology and its best effort to allow for the maximum number of shifts to remain static in each of its operating areas. It is understood that this may result in static shifts dependent upon business needs. Conversely, it is understood that certain flex shifts will be established that will be subject to slides.
Posting Work Schedules. 21.1 Each Employee’s schedule for any week shall be posted as early as is reasonably possible but, in no event, later than three (3:00) pm on the Monday, six (6) days prior to the week in question. It is the intent of the foregoing to ensure that each Employee is advised of their work schedule at the earliest reasonably possible time, but it is understood that circumstances do arise which require the changing of schedules. Employees shall be entitled to make a photocopy of their current work schedules.
21.2 Each Employee’s schedule shall state clearly the daily starting and normal finishing time, and days off.
21.3 In the event that Employee’s schedule for any week is not posted in accordance with this Section, the previous weekly schedule shall carry over until a new schedule is posted, subject to all of the provisions of the Collective Agreement.
21.4 After this posting and subject to Article 21.6 below, there shall be no reduction in the number of hours scheduled for any day in the week without notice being given by four (4:00) pm of the day prior to the day in question. When an Employee is on duty, the Employer will be deemed to have given notice when such notice is posted and the Employer has made every reasonable effort to reach the Employee. If the Employee is off duty or on a remote assignment, the Employer will notify the Employee directly or give such notice to a person at the Employee’s residence. If such notice is not posted or the Employee, when on a day off or on a remote assignment has not been notified, the Employee shall be credited with all hours originally scheduled plus any additional hours.
21.5 Notice of changing of starting time shall be given by twelve (12:00) noon of the day before the day affected. If such notice is not given, the Employee shall be credited with all hours originally scheduled plus any additional hours.
21.6 The notice referred to in 21.4 and 21.5 herein shall be deemed to be waived where an unforeseen circumstance beyond the control of the Employer prevails on the day in question (including the failure of another Employee to notify the Employer of circumstances necessitating the change) or where there is mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee to waive the notice.
Posting Work Schedules. 20a.3.1. ATC Management must post copies of shift work schedules for all tours of duty in the work center accessible by the employee.
