Phone Calls After Hours. An employee who is required to work resulting from a phone call from the workplace, but does not involve a return to the work premises shall be paid at straight time rates of pay for each hour or portion thereof worked, for a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour. Employees shall have the option to bank time off in lieu of straight time pay. This provision does not apply for phone calls occurring within two (2) hours of the start of a minimum call back in accordance with Article 14.02 (d).
