Photocopies. Checks and other items are sometimes lost during processing or while in transit. If an image or photocopy of a check or other item that appears to be drawn on your account is presented to us for payment in place of the original, we may pay the item if it is accompanied by a representation from another financial institution that the original item has been lost or destroyed. We will not incur any liability in the event the original item is later presented to and paid by us, unless a stop payment order is in effect for the check.
Photocopies. A photocopy of this executed Agreement shall be as valid, binding, and effective as the original Agreement.

Photocopies. The University agrees that the Union may obtain a photocopying machine through Printing Services. The Union will be responsible for the monthly charges.
i) Any employee affected by the present article cannot be inconvenienced or suffer any prejudice for her/his activities.
j) Any meeting with representatives of the University does not incur any loss of pay for the employee concerned.
k) The Union may post, in areas agreed upon by the parties, notice of meetings and other business. Such notices must be clearly identified as coming from the Union.

Processing checks is a highly automated service, and we use commercially reasonable efforts to process checks. We may pay checks drawn on an account even if one or more of the following are true: the check is dated after the date we pay it; the check is presented to us for payment more than six months after the date on the check; a stop payment previously requested has expired; the check contains language that purports to make it void before the time it was paid; or the check contains other language that purports to establish conditions under which it may be paid. Upon presentment of an item for payment more than six months after its date, you agree that we may, in our sole discretion and without notice or inquiry to you, charge your account for the item. However, we are not obligated to do so. You agree that our obligation of good faith does not require us to make any inquiry of you or require us to give you notice prior to the payment of an item more than six months after its date. Our payment of the item will be in good faith unless we have timely received a stop payment order from you. If you want to ensure that we do not pay a stale dated item, you should place a stop payment order on the item.
Photocopies. A photocopy of this Agreement will be delivered to the Company and to each Shareholder.
Photocopies. Photocopies of signatures approving this Agreement shall be considered the same as original signatures for all purposes.
Photocopies. Photocopies bearing original signatures of the parties shall be deemed to be original documents, and the parties hereto and lending institutions may rely upon said photocopies bearing original signatures as such originals.
