Photographic Records. Projects to preserve and make available photographic prints and negatives are eligible for discretionary grant funds. However, it should not be assumed that all photographic records in a collection necessarily merit preservation. Applicants must provide evidence that the institution has undertaken or will undertake careful appraisal of the materials to determine which items or series have permanent research value and deserve preservation. Age, aesthetic interest, or the degree of deterioration will not, in themselves, argue effectively for preservation if research value cannot also be established. Fundable activities include copying nitrate, glass plate, or other negatives onto safety film; or copying selected original images, whether in microform or individually. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that personnel hired or contracted to reformat photographs will perform the work according to applicable ANSI standards, and to provide evidence of this in their application. Resumes of any personnel hired or contracted must be included in the application. NOTE: Most color photographic processes are not sufficiently stable to ensure long-term preservation of research materials. Projects to reformat color photographic negatives, prints, or slides are therefore not usually fundable through the Discretionary Grant Program.

Photographic Records. At monthly intervals, the Contractor shall take adequate digital photographs (at least 10 exposures) showing the progress of the works at the various sites . These photographs shall be submitted in hard and electronic copy. As and when required by the client, the Contractor shall take additional photographs showing particular features of the Works.

  • Electronic Records You acknowledge and agree that we may in our discretion store all records electronically; and that we will not retain and have no obligation to retain any original documents for any period of time. This applies to all documentation including but not limited to checks, transaction records, notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other loan and/or security documentation. We will routinely destroy all original documentation. We may store records electronically via imaging, scanning, filming or other technology used in the financial services industry for the storage of documentation via internal processes or third-party processors that we approve for these services. You agree that such storage shall be secure, and further agree that such records shall for all purposes be recognized and admissible in evidence or otherwise to prove the agreements, rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to any such records.

  • MARC Records When applicable to the Licensed Materials, at Licensee’s request, Licensor shall provide full OCLC-quality batched sets of MARC records incorporating Licensee specifications at no additional cost by the date of the execution of this License Agreement. Updates to existing records and new title records, matching the schedule of release and delivery of new publications, will be provided on a mutually agreed-upon schedule and in a format that renders them useful to the Licensee and/or the Participating Institutions.

  • PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS RESIDENT consents to MANAGEMENT’S use of photographs and/or video images of the RESIDENT and the PREMISES, including those taken at functions or events sponsored by the Community, for the purpose of advertising the Community or other similar apartment communities owned or operated by the MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT may use these images in advertising, websites, and social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. for marketing and promotional purposes. RESIDENT consents to the publication of these images and waives any claims against MANAGEMENT for use of such images. RI

  • Photographic Release Resident gives permission to Owner and Management, to use, without liability or remuneration, any photograph or photographic image taken of the Resident while participating in Building sponsored events, or while the Resident is in the common areas, public spaces, grounds, or offices of the Building. The use of the Resident’s photograph or photographic image shall in no way be used in any other forum other than for legitimate business purposes.

  • Photographs You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any public spaces, grounds, offices at the Property or any sponsored events at the Property. You grant us and the Manager and our designees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish and re-publish photographic or video portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included, without restriction as to changes or alterations. You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in that regard. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You agree that we, the Manager and our designees will have no liability due to any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur in taking or usage of any picture or in the subsequent processing or publication of the picture. You release us, the Manager, and our designees from all claims of any nature arising in any way from the use of your photograph or photographic image. This release contains the entire agreement on this subject matter.

  • Electronic Files a. It is the Buyer's responsibility to maintain a copy of any original Electronic File provided by the Buyer.
