Planned Overtime. (a) When management determines there is a need for overtime that management knows must be worked the following day and/or beyond, management will use the voluntary overtime list and offer the overtime opportunity to Food Service Coordinators on a rotating basis based on seniority which shall be defined as Agency time in classification. Management will offer the overtime work to the most senior Food Service Coordinator on the list first (1st).
