Common use of Policy and Group Grievances Clause in Contracts

Policy and Group Grievances. The Employer, the Union, or the Union on behalf of a group of employees may file a grievance concerning the general application, interpretation, or administration of this Agreement. Said grievance shall be reduced to writing, dated and signed, and processed at Step 2 of the grievance procedure within thirty (30) working days after the circumstances causing the grievance.

The parties agree that no more than three (3) employees from within the group of employees can attend the grievance meetings (and arbitration if necessary) as set out in this agreement.
