Portals. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive, perpetual right and license to use the Licensed Marks in accordance with the Quality Standards as set forth in Article 5 on Portals that are used in connection with High Speed Internet Services provided in the Licensed Territory.

Portals. The Online Portal includes administrative features that can only be accessed by the CSA and other Authorized Users and individual features that can be accessed by Cardholders in connection with the management of their Card. Customer’s or a Cardholder’s use of the Online Portal may also be subject to the terms of use posted for that website. Bank is not responsible for monitoring Customer’s use of the Online Portal or other Service or if any CSA or Authorized Users exceeds the limits of their authority.
Portals. Where we make an electronic means available (a Portal) to add, remove or vary Services, changes made through that Portal will vary the Agreement as appropriate. We will provide you with one or more administrative account and password for use by your employees or other personnel that you nominate in writing (Administrators). Those Administrators will be provided with the ability to: (a) order new, and terminate existing, Services; (b) establish other, remove or replace Administrators; and (c) establish and remove other users with varying levels of authorisations to bind you, including the acceptance of additional terms and the addition/removal of, and other changes to, the Services. We are entitled to rely on the authenticity and authority of anyone using usernames and passwords that we have provided to you or that have been established by your Administrators. You will ensure that all such persons maintain the security of their log-in details and passwords. We may process actions or requests occurring on your account via a Portal without further enquiry and you will be bound by all such actions or requests.

Portals. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive perpetual right and license to use the Licensed Marks and Licensed Copyright in accordance with the Quality Standards as set forth in Article 5 on Portals that are used in connection with High Speed Internet Services provided to subscribers of the Licensed Services in the Licensed Territory; provided that, any use of the Licensed Marks or the Licensed Copyright in connection with Portals must be accompanied by a source indicator that identifies the nature of the Licensed Services (e.g., high speed online services) and said source indicator shall be in close proximity to the Licensed Marks or the Licensed Copyright and shall not appear smaller than, or less visible than the surrounding text; provided that, Licensee shall have a transitional period of three months following the Closing to ensure it is in compliance with this Section 2.4.

Portals. 11.1 Provisions under this clause only apply to Casual Advertisers who may or may not be existing Tenderers, Subscribers or users accessing the Services provided by us. 11.2 Casual Advertisers may sign up and register either through self-registering, or by calling or emailing an illion TenderLink representative. 11.3 As a Casual Advertiser you understand and agree that when you register your suppliers or invite them to the eNotices by providing the necessary information of your suppliers (the “Customer Data”), you represent and warrant that: (a) you hold all necessary legal rights, title, consents and authority to provide that Customer Data to us; (b) the Customer Data is accurate, up to date and complete at the time it is provided; and (c) you will supply us with all relevant information to correct or update Customer Data. 11.4 You must supply us with such Customer Data, being particulars of individuals or organisations, required to supply or maintain the Services as we may reasonably specify from time to time. 11.5 You grant us (and our Related Bodies Corporate) a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that Customer Data to fulfil our obligations under this Agreement to validate and/or enhance our products and for any other purpose permitted by law.

If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Internet Use Customer assumes total responsibility for its and its users’ use of the Internet. Masergy specifically disclaims any warranties, endorsements or representations regarding any merchandise, information, software, products, data, files, or services provided through the Internet.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.
