Collection Expenses The Borrower further agrees, subject only to any limitation imposed by applicable law, to pay all expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the holder of this Note in endeavoring to collect any amounts payable hereunder which are not paid when due.
Loan Expenses Borrower agrees to pay all of the Loan Expenses. Any Loan Expenses paid by Lender shall bear interest commencing on the date demand for repayment thereof is made by Lender until repaid to Lender at the Default Rate and shall be paid by Borrower upon demand, or may be paid by Lender at any time by disbursement of proceeds of the Loan. Any Loan Expenses paid by Lender shall be reimbursed to Lender by Borrower regardless of whether there shall be any disbursements of the Loan.
General Expenses You authorize the Manager to charge your account with your Underwriting Percentage of all expenses of a general nature incurred by the Manager and Co-Managers under the applicable AAU in connection with the Offering, including the negotiation and preparation thereof, or in connection with the purchase, carrying, marketing and sale of any securities under the applicable AAU and any Intersyndicate Agreement, including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses, transfer taxes, costs associated with approval of the Offering by the NASD and the costs of currency transactions (including forward and hedging currency transactions) entered into to facilitate settlement of the purchase of Securities permitted under Section 3.1 hereof.
Liquidation Expenses Expenses that are incurred by the Master Servicer or a Servicer in connection with the liquidation of any defaulted Mortgage Loan and are not recoverable under the applicable Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy, including, without limitation, foreclosure and rehabilitation expenses, legal expenses and unreimbursed amounts expended pursuant to Sections 9.06, 9.16 or 9.22.
Collection Costs In addition, the Issuer will pay the costs of collection, including all amounts owed to the Indenture Trustee under Section 6.7.

Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses. Professional Expenses Each calendar year during the Employment Term, the Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for up to $10,000 of reasonable professional expenses (i.e., accounting, financial planning, estate planning expenses) incurred by the Executive during such year for personal advice rendered to the Executive.
Limit on Operating Expenses The Advisor hereby agrees to limit the Fund’s current Operating Expenses to an annual rate, expressed as a percentage of the Fund’s average daily net assets for the month, to the amounts listed in Appendix A (the “Annual Limit”). In the event that the current Operating Expenses of the Fund, as accrued each month, exceed its Annual Limit, the Advisor will pay to the Fund, on a monthly basis, the excess expense within the first ten days of the month following the month in which such Operating Expenses were incurred (each payment, a “Fund Reimbursement Payment”).
