Position, Place of Work. 2.1 The Employee will be employed by the Company and appointed by Bruker as of the Effective Date in an executive position as Group President of the BBIO Group and shall report to the President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Bruker. The Employee will coordinate strategic or major decisions within the BBIO Group also with Xxxx Xxxxxxx, the Executive Chairman of the BBIO Group.

Position, Place of Work. Effective as of May 5, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) the Executive shall serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), and also agrees to serve, if appointed or elected, as an officer or director of any other affiliate of the Company.

  • PLACE OF WORK Your normal place of work is at the School, or at any premises used from time to time by the School, unless Your duties take You elsewhere. The Governing Body reserves the right to require You to work at such other place or places as it may reasonably require from time to time subject to the provision of reasonable notice.
