POSTAGE METERS. 7.1 We must obtain a licence on your behalf from An Post for you to use a Meter and you undertake to strictly perform and observe the conditions of the licence. 7.2 When you are licensed to use the Meter: 7.2.1 you must not: (a) do anything which may result in An Post revoking your licence; (b) make any alterations to the Meter, or the design or colour of any impression approved by An Post without written consent from An Post or us; (c) make any modifications or attachments to the Meter which will affect the franking or revenue recording system. 7.2.2 you must: (a) if you do not have Service Cover, have in place, from the date we or another party approved by An Post installs the Meter, an agreement for Mandatory Meter Inspections. Mandatory Meter Inspections are required by An Post for the period you hold a licence to use a Meter. These Inspections may be conducted by remote access. Any such agreement shall be separate and in addition to this Agreement. (b) for a period of 1 year from installation (and after then in accordance with the current An Post regulations) allow us to remotely inspect a Meter fitted with a Vault as required by An Post guidelines and permit us to supply An Post with reports of inspections, maintenance and postage resets. Overdue inspections will render the Meter inoperable; (c) immediately upon request, at any time, deliver the Meter to us or to a specified Post Office for inspection, and collect the Meter following inspection by An Post; (d) allow us to repossess any franking, date stamping dies, Postage by Phone security codes, Vaults, PSDs or Meters if we provide you with evidence that An Post has asked us to repossess them; (e) indemnify us against any liability incurred by us to An Post if An Post demands payment from us because you are using a Meter or made a payment for postage without a valid licence.

POSTAGE METERS. 11.1 We must obtain a licence on your behalf from Royal Mail for you to use a Meter and you undertake to strictly perform and observe the conditions of the licence. 11.2 When you are licensed to use the Meter: 11.2.1 you must not: (a) do anything which may result in Royal Mail revoking your licence; (b) make any alterations to the Meter, or the design or colour of any impression approved by Royal Mail without written consent from Royal Mail or us;
POSTAGE METERS. All purchasing entities requiring the use of a Postage Meter will comply with all United States Postal Service regulations and meter terms and conditions applicable to the rental and use of postage meters supplied under this Participating Addendum.
POSTAGE METERS. Postage meters may be rented or leased under this contract. All postage meters placed under this agreement are subject to return to the contractor if requested by the State. All postage meter plans must include, as a minimum, a thirty (30) day cancellation notice without penalty requirement. At the termination of the contract period, the contractor will remove all postage meters from the various agencies, at the contractor’s expense, if the using agency desires to cancel the placement. a. The monthly charge for postage meters shall include meter and complete meter maintenance for the term of the rental. b. Perform all repair service. c. Supply all necessary parts and labor for repair service. d. Provide replacement unit within one (1) business day if meter cannot be repaired. e. Perform all maintenance for postage meter rentals. f. Return any and all unused postage to agency at end of service. g. Delivery and pick-up of equipment.

  • Postage Postage for mailing of dividends, proxies, Fund reports and other mailings to all shareholder accounts shall be advanced to the Transfer Agent by the Fund at least seven (7) days prior to the mailing date of such materials.

  • Postal Service The Parties may designate substitute addresses where or persons to whom notices are to be mailed or delivered. However, these substitutions will not become effective until actual receipt of written notification.

  • Certified Mail When mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective upon receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Meters (a) You must allow safe and unhindered access to your premises for the purposes of reading and maintaining the meters (where relevant). (b) We will use our best endeavours to ensure that a meter reading is carried out as frequently as is needed to prepare your bills, consistently with the metering rules and in any event at least once every 12 months.

  • Dispatching 1. Dispatchers will schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the trips scheduled for each day; 2. Dispatchers will assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on time by providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed. 3. Dispatchers will monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner. 4. Dispatchers will provide continuous monitoring of assigned radio frequencies during all hours that vehicles are in service, answer and respond to telephone calls on the Ride Status line, and respond to calls from drivers and OoA staff.

  • Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from death or bodily injury to a Passenger by the sole reason that the act which caused the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding the aircraft.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.
