Posting and Filling of Temporary Vacancies. When a temporary vacancy exists in the highest classifications of SEIU Local 1021, the District agrees to post an announcement of the temporary vacancy to allow District employees an opportunity to work out-of-class to gain knowledge and experience for career advancement. The following guidelines will govern this section.
