POSTING AND FILLING VACANT POSITIONS. 1. The Board and Local agree that it is desirable to minimize the occurrences of students in the same class being taught by a succession of teachers in the same school year. The circumstances which give rise to such occurrences can arise for reasons beyond the control of either the Board or the Local. The Board and the Local will make every reasonable effort to minimize these occurrences.
