POSTING OF JOB VACANCIES. When 7.01 It is mutually agreed that notices within the scope of the bargaining unit of any vacancy occurring as a permanent job vacancy occursresult of death, retirement, resignation, promotion, demotion, termination of employment, new jobs created, illness known to exceed six (6) weeks, and leaves of absence known to exceed six (6) weeks shall be posted on a replacement Bulletin Board. It is agreed by the parties that temporary postings shall be open firstly to employees within the posting classification whereas permanent postings shall be open to all job classifications within the bargaining unit. 7.07 An employee, who fills a temporary vacancy under Article 7.01, shall be entitled to bid on only one other temporary vacancy if there is an overlap in the periods of the temporary vacancy occupied and the posted temporary vacancy. Should the employee be granted a subsequent temporary posting before the end of the current one, the three (3) working days from month waiting period to participate in benefits on the close of bidding. POSTING OF JOB VACANCIES. POSTING OF JOB VACANCIES. When A. All new and vacant positions covered by this Agreement shall be posted on official Authority bulletin boards located in the Central Maintenance building, Central Operations building, Central Services building, Northern Division operations building, Southern Division operations building and the Vehicle Maintenance Shop for a permanent job vacancy occursperiod of one (1) week, and with a replacement is requiredcopy submitted to the Chief Shop Xxxxxxx of the Union.
