POSTING OF JOB VACANCIES. 7.01 It is mutually agreed that notices within the scope of the bargaining unit of any vacancy occurring as a result of death, retirement, resignation, promotion, demotion, termination of employment, new jobs created, illness known to exceed six (6) weeks, and leaves of absence known to exceed six (6) weeks shall be posted on a Bulletin Board. Such posting shall include the date and time the posting is put up on the Bulletin Board. Vacancies of less than six (6) weeks duration will be filled by utilizing the call-in procedure.
