Posting of Materials. Proper notice of interest to employees pertaining to Union affairs may be posted by the Union, or its appropriate representative, at a designated bulletin board at the facility. The material posted on the bulletin board shall not be derogatory or inflammatory against the Employer, its customers, nor any employee.
