Posting Vacation Schedule. Employees must submit their vacation requests not later than March 15 of each year. The finalized vacation list will be posted no later than April 1. Once posted, these dates cannot be changed without mutual consent of the employee(s) and the Employer. Seniority will not apply to vacation scheduling once the schedule is posted.
