Accumulation of Annual Sick Leave. The unused portion of an employee's sick leave shall accrue from year to year, to a maximum of one hundred and sixty (160) days (sixteen hundred (1600) hours), for his/her future benefits.

Accumulation of Annual Sick Leave. 16.3.1 The unused portion of an employee's sick leave shall accrue for his/her future benefits up to a maximum of one hundred and nineteen (119) days (the current waiting period for SGEU Long Term Disability Benefits). Any present employees who have in excess of the one hundred and nineteen (119) day cap will be grandfathered at their present level of accrual and shall earn no further benefits. Should their individual accrual drop below the one hundred and nineteen (119) day cap they shall again begin to accrue up to the one hundred and nineteen (119) day level.
Accumulation of Annual Sick Leave. The portion of an employee's sick leave that is unused each year shall accrue for use in future years of service to the Employer.

During the first three (3) years of employment, a regular or limited term employee shall earn approximately five (5) hours and fifty-one (51) minutes of annual leave during each eighty (80) hour pay period (approximately one hundred fifty-two [152] hours per year), or a prorated amount for any pay period in which the employee is paid for less than eighty (80) hours.
