Pre-Production Meeting. The hours of work for a Fight Director shall include the Artist’s participation in at least one production meeting with the Director of the production and the Technical Director if possible. The purpose of the production meeting shall be to convey necessary and sufficient information on the production in regard to set design, costume design, lighting design, props, weapons, and any other elements of the production which may affect the choreography and safe execution of the stage fight(s). The Fight Director shall be advised if rehearsal has started prior to his/her engagement as Fight Director.
Pre-Production Meeting. Failure to deliver within the previously agreed upon time period shall result in payment of liquidated damages in accordance with Section III.5.6
Pre-Production Meeting. The specified Gross Vehicle Weight Ratio (GVWR) for each Transit Bus shall be the OEM’s original rating and no other rating for the GVWR shall be used. The GVWR and individual axle GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) shall not be exceeded when loaded with the specified number of adult passengers, including the driver.
Pre-Production Meeting. The Contractor shall coordinate and attend a pre-production meeting, if required by the Authorized User, at a location convenient to the Authorized User, to provide all necessary information prior to building a Vehicle, or scheduling production. Only after the pre-production meeting, if required by Authorized User, and subsequent approval from the Authorized User, shall the Contractor begin the production.
Pre-Production Meeting. If the anticipated shipping date cannot be provided by the Contractor at the time of the acknowledgement of order, or at the pre-production meeting, then the Contractor shall provide the Authorized User with a reasonable explanation for not providing a date, and shall provide the anticipated shipping date at the time it becomes known to the Contractor.
Pre-Production Meeting. Upon completion of this Mini-Bid process, the Authorized User must provide Form C (Class 3-8): Mini- Bid Report of Use, with any supporting documentation to XXXXxx.XxxxxxxXxxxxxXxxxx@xxx.xx.xxx, or other address designated by OGS, and ensure that a copy of the documents is also maintained for audit purposes following the Authorized User’s standard procedures.
Pre-Production Meeting. Failure to deliver within the previously agreed upon time period Shall result in payment of liquidated damages in accordance with Section 3.5.6 Liquidated Damages, unless the delay was not within control of Contractor or the reason for the delay has been determined to be reasonable by the Authorized User (see Paragraph D below).
Pre-Production Meeting. M. Upon completion of this Mini-Bid process, the Authorized User Must document the outcome of the Mini- Bid on the eProcurement Platform. This Shall include justification of method of award. If at least three (3) Mini-Bid responses are not submitted, the Authorized User Must justify the reasonableness of award. The Authorized User Must also ensure that copies of the documents are maintained for audit purposes following the Authorized User’s standard procedures.
Pre-Production Meeting. A. A formal pre-production meeting shall be held to review the technical specifications and related Contract provisions and to discuss actual and potential open items.
B. The Contractor and City of Wichita agree that the pre-production meeting will be held at either City of Wichita’s chosen location or Contractor’s facility in City of Industry, California as mutually determined between City of Wichita and Contractor. Contractor shall provide a formal production schedule at this meeting, which, upon mutual acceptance by the Parties, shall be automatically incorporated by reference into this Agreement. The Parties shall make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve all the issues/questions raised at this pre-production meeting within six (6) weeks after the date of the meeting. During the pre-production meeting, the Parties shall address the schedule for development regarding the Charging Station Installation.
Pre-Production Meeting. The Theatre will arrange a pre-production meeting on the first day of Stage Management prep with the Stage Manager, Director, at least one representative from the Theatre’s senior staff, and the staff person(s) responsible for COVID procedures. The purpose of the meeting will be to completely review the protocols and safety measures in place for rehearsal, performance, and all related activities. Additionally, the Theatre will confirm the procedures in place for company members to report and act on concerns with respect to health and safety. The meeting will also include a discussion of precautionary actions that the Theatre requires and/or is recommending to all Artists, the Theatre’s responsibility to the Artists in the event of illness, and the Artists’ responsibilities to ensure that they act to minimize the risk of infection to themselves, to other Artists and to the staff and guests of the Theatre. Equity and the Theatre agree that everyone has a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the community as a whole. However, the enforcement of the Theatre’s COVID safety protocols rests solely with the Theatre.
