Production Meeting. The Theatre will arrange a pre-production meeting on the first day of Stage Management prep with the Stage Manager, Director, at least one representative from the Theatre’s senior staff, and the staff person(s) responsible for COVID procedures. The purpose of the meeting will be to completely review the protocols and safety measures in place for rehearsal, performance, and all related activities. Additionally, the Theatre will confirm the procedures in place for company members to report and act on concerns with respect to health and safety. The meeting will also include a discussion of precautionary actions that the Theatre requires and/or is recommending to all Artists, the Theatre’s responsibility to the Artists in the event of illness, and the Artists’ responsibilities to ensure that they act to minimize the risk of infection to themselves, to other Artists and to the staff and guests of the Theatre. PACT and Equity agree that everyone has a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the community as a whole. However, the enforcement of the Theatre’s COVID safety protocols rests solely with the Theatre. Benefits and Fundraisers Policy The Theatre does not need to ask for a concession in order to access the terms, conditions and fees of the Benefits and Fundraisers Policy. Such an arrangement must appear as a rider to the Artist’s CTA Engagement Contract.

Production Meeting. 24:01 (d) Items on the Maintenance Job List will typically be repaired within sixty (60) days of the time the item is first listed. If an item is not repaired in sixty (60) days it will be brought to the immediate attention of the applicable Joint Safety Committee for its review and disposition.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.

  • Preconstruction Meeting Furnish the names of the Certified Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Supervisor, Certified Foremen, Certified Installers and Certified Designer and notify the Engineer of changes in certified personnel over the life of the contract within 2 days of change. Ethical Responsibility Any company performing work for the North Carolina Department of Transportation has the ethical responsibility to fully disclose any reprimand or dismissal of an employee resulting from improper testing or falsification of records.

  • Negotiation Meetings 1. Negotiation meetings will be scheduled at the request of the parties and, until negotiations are concluded, either party may require at each meeting a decision on the date, time, and place of a subsequent meeting.

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Project Kick-off Meeting The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting. Deliverable: A brief report regarding the project kickoff meeting.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting. Revise the schedule after the first TAC meeting to incorporate meeting comments. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Agenda and TAC Meeting Back-up Materials for each TAC meeting. • Organize and lead TAC meetings in accordance with the TAC Meeting Schedule. Changes to the schedule must be pre-approved in writing by the CAM. • Prepare TAC Meeting Summaries that include any recommended resolutions of major TAC issues. The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan.   • Kickoff Meeting 6.3.1. The Contractor shall conduct a kickoff meeting with the Purchaser to further clarify PO expectations.

  • Pre-Operations Meeting PURCHASER shall meet with STATE no later than 30 days from execution of the contract to discuss the Threatened and Endangered Species survey, protection, and planning requirements. Operations Plan. PURCHASER shall prepare an Operations Plan for all operations to be conducted under this contract and submit the plan to STATE at least 5 calendar days prior to commencement of any operation. This plan shall be prepared on a form provided by STATE, and shall be used for all types of operations, including road maintenance, project work, logging, and postharvest requirements. STATE may require an on-site meeting prior to approval of the plan, attended by PURCHASER, subcontractor, and STATE representatives. STATE's approval of the plan must be obtained prior to commencement of any operation, and PURCHASER must comply with this plan. If PURCHASER fails to comply with any of the terms of the plan, including completion dates, STATE may, after giving written notice, suspend PURCHASER's operations until such time as an acceptable alternate plan is submitted by PURCHASER and that alternate plan is accepted by STATE, as provided in Section 29, "Violations, Suspensions, and Cancellation." PURCHASER shall notify STATE whenever operations will be inactive for more than 3 days, and again when operations will be resumed. Upon approval by STATE, the Operations Plan shall automatically be incorporated into, and made part of, this contract. PURCHASER's strict compliance with the Operations Plan, as approved by STATE, is a material condition and covenant of this contract. STATE has prepared the required Forest Practices Act (FPA) "Written Plan" for operations within 100 feet of Type F or Type D streams. Any changes to the plan must have STATE approval. PURCHASER shall comply with all provisions of the Written Plan. Seasonal Restrictions. PURCHASER shall adhere to the following restrictions, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE:

  • Initial Meeting (a) The parties must meet within 10 Business Days after the date of delivery of the dispute notice and attempt to resolve the dispute.
