PREBID CONFERENCE. 10.12.1 At least seven (7) days prior to bidding of a reroofing project, a prebid conference shall be held at the Project site. Attendance is not a prerequisite for bidding; however, it is strongly recommended.
PREBID CONFERENCE. The Professional shall attend one (1) pre-bid conference to be administered by NBU. The Professional shall assist NBU with preparation of agenda, provide NBU with meeting notes, and coordinate conference responses with NBU. Written responses to issues identified at the pre-bid conference shall be in the form of addenda issued after the conference.
PREBID CONFERENCE. The Construction Manager, with the assistance of the necessary Consultants, shall conduct a prebid conference with prospective bidders to familiarize bidders with the Plans and Specifications, any special requirements, along with any equal employment opportunity and prevailing wage requirements. The Construction Manager shall respond to all questions at the prebid conferences and prepare addenda incorporating those questions and responses.
PREBID CONFERENCE. The State mandates all bidders to attend a pre-bid conference at 2 p.m., local time, Wednesday, March 5, 2008, in the Airport Manager’s Office Conference Room located on the upper level of the FIA terminal building. State personnel will conduct the conference, provide a general concession offering overview, and accept suggestions and comments. The pre-bid conference is the appropriate time to request additional information or clarification.
PREBID CONFERENCE. When requested by the University, attend the pre-bid orientation meeting(s) for prospective bidders on the construction work to explain why and how the proposed scheduling method will be used. Provide written responses to all RFIs concerning scheduling and constructability..
PREBID CONFERENCE. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this PROJECT.
