Preference in Vacations. (a) When dates conflict and where two (2) or more employees cannot be allowed to take their vacation at the same time, then seniority shall prevail. (b) Once dates for vacations have been posted, on or before April 30th, these dates shall not be changed except by mutual agreement of the Employer or his designate, and the employee.
