Preliminary Project Budget. The current Preliminary Project Budget to complete construction of the Project is attached hereto as Exhibit D. The Preliminary Project Budget reflects the preliminarily estimated cost of construction of the Project based on the Preliminary Project Design, as discussed in Section 4.2. The all-inclusive Final Project Budget shall continue to include all direct and indirect costs as well as contingencies consistent with industry standards.
Preliminary Project Budget. A preliminary project budget (“Project Budget”) setting forth line item costs budgeted with respect to the acquisition, design, construction and development of each aspect of the Project is attached hereto as Exhibit C. The Project Budget will, by the nature of the Project, be amended from time to time to reflect actual requirements of various agency reviews and Building and Fire Code requirements.
Preliminary Project Budget. Architect shall use the DISTRICT's Preliminary Construction Budget and its own expertise and experience with the Project to establish a preliminary project budget or allowance in a format required by DISTRICT or, if applicable, by any school construction funding agency identified by DISTRICT ("Architect's Preliminary Project Budget"). The purpose of the Architect's Preliminary Project Budget is to show the probable Project cost in relation to DISTRICT's Preliminary Construction Budget and the construction standards of any applicable funding agency. If Architect perceives site considerations which render the Project expensive or cost prohibitive, Architect shall disclose such conditions in writing to DISTRICT immediately. As stated below in Section 7 of this Exhibit, if the lowest responsive and responsible bid for the Project exceeds the budget by more than the stated percentage amount, Architect may be required to make the necessary changes in the drawings and specifications, at its sole cost and expense, to bring the bids within the required budget Architect shall provide a preliminary written time schedule for the performance of all construction work on the Project.
Preliminary Project Budget. Concurrently with the development of the program, the Program Management Contractor shall prepare a preliminary cost estimate that sets forth the Contractor’s best estimate of the likely cost of the project. To the extent requested by DGS or the Client Agency, such estimate shall be broken out by program element to facilitate budget management discussions. No later than fifteen (15) days after the final program is approved by the Client, the Program Management Contractor shall update such estimate to reflect the estimated final cost of the final program selected by and approved by the Client Agency.
Preliminary Project Budget. Landlord has prepared and presented to Tenant a Preliminary Project Budget for the Project. The Preliminary Project Budget is attached to the Lease as Exhibit I (the “Preliminary Project Budget”) and is the target level budget for the Project desired by Tenant. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that the Preliminary Project Budget is only a guideline and target for the Project cost, and Landlord does not guarantee that the final price of Landlord’s Work shall be equal to or less than the Preliminary Project Budget. Section 3.7 of this Work Letter shall set forth the development of a Final Project Budget.

Preliminary Project Budget. Estimated Total Project Costs, including all hard and soft costs of development, including construction costs (including contingency amounts), design, engineering, permits, project management and sales fees, marketing sales and expenses, and legal fees.
Preliminary Project Budget. (a) Attached hereto as Exhibit C is the preliminary budget for development of the Building Project (the "Preliminary Project Budget"). Owner's Representative shall update and revise the Preliminary Project Budget in consultation with the RURCBOG at least monthly during the performance of the Development Services as set forth herein, including to reflect budget changes occasioned by design alternatives selected by RURCBOG and amounts determined as a result of the construction contract bidding process. The Preliminary Project Budget, as updated and revised from time to time as herein provided and as approved by RURCBOG, is hereinafter referred to as the "Project Budget."

If Architect perceives site considerations which render the Project expensive or cost prohibitive, Architect shall disclose such conditions in writing to WestEd immediately. Preliminary Project Budget. Attached hereto as Exhibit C is a preliminary budget for Landlord’s cost to acquire the Property, all pre-development costs and all costs to be incurred in the construction of the Project (the “Preliminary Project Budget”). The Preliminary Project Budget reflects the best information available to, and the current intentions of, Tenant and Developer with respect to the costs and expenses expected to be incurred to acquire the Property and develop the Project as of the dates thereof.
