Premium Pay/Work Week. A. All employees shall receive one and one-half (1-1/2) times their regular hourly rate for all hours actually worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one week. Compensatory time shall not be considered hours worked. Compensatory time is strictly on a voluntary basis. Holidays shall be counted as time worked.
