PrEP Navigation Services. 4 a. PrEP Navigation Services should be provided by staff who possess the following 5 competencies and perform the following roles and responsibilities, at minimum: 6 1) Experience working with priority populations and other populations at risk for HIV, 7 2) Certified PrEP-AP enrollment worker, if CONTRACTOR is a PrEP-AP enrollment 8 site, 9 3) Knowledge and practice of cultural humility, 10 4) Experience navigating the PrEP healthcare landscape, and 11 5) Knowledge of community resources for effective linkage to HIV care and support 12 services 13 b. Services must be correctly documented using appropriate data collection forms, including 14 but not limited to: 15 1) XXX Client Data Privacy Notice - Client must be provided a written notice (XXX 16 Client Data Privacy Notice) indicating how the information they provide may be 17 used. CONTRACTOR shall specify how provision of the XXX Client Data Privacy 18 Notice is documented indicating client receipt in written protocol for the provision 19 of PrEP Navigation Services. 20 2) Client Encounter Form (CEF) – Required CDPH data collection form to ensure 21 performance outcomes are captured in XXX. 22 c. CONTRACTOR shall provide staff with the following skills and knowledge, at minimum: 23 1) Communication skills – staff must have the ability to communicate with Clients in 24 simple, clear, and neutral terms, and be comfortable communicating with Clients from 25 priority populations; 26 2) Basic HIV knowledge – familiarity and knowledge of common HIV language, 27 terminology and phrases; and understand basic HIV concepts as they relate to HIV 28 testing services and/or prevention; Staff must participate in training identified by 29 ADMINISTRATOR or comparable training with ADMINISTRATOR approval prior 30 to commencement of services; 31 3) Knowledge of HIV counseling and testing processes, protocol, and staff roles – ability 32 to explain the process to a Client (e.g. explaining where the Client will go and with 33 whom, what will happen, and approximately how long it will take); explain types of 34 HIV testing available; and understand the limitation of their role and the process for 35 transitioning the Client to other appropriate staff.

PrEP Navigation Services. 16 1) Data reporting shall be defined as collecting data on approved forms for all PrEP 17 Navigation encounters and entering data into COUNTY’s designated data system 18 inclusive of Local Evaluation Online (XXX) by the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of 19 each month for PrEP Navigation encounters completed in the prior month. 20 2) CONTRACTOR shall maintain documentation related to PrEP Navigation services 21 (CEF form and other documents as required) for a period of seven (7) years after the 22 termination of this Contract, and shall be made available to COUNTY or State (or 23 their authorized representatives) for audit purposes.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.
