Preparation of the Bid. Bidder shall examine all drawings, specifications, attachments, special instructions, and terms and conditions of the Invitation to Bid. Failure to do so will be at the bidder’s risk.
Preparation of the Bid. Bids must be submitted by filling in with ink (or typing) each and every blank provided for such purpose in the form headed City of Kerrville Construction Contract (Proposal); or if the bidder is required to provide a special form appropriate to the nature of his bid, then such form shall be complete in all respects as required by the contract documents if it is to merit consideration by the Owner.
