PRESIDENTIAL REVIEW. A. The President shall review the report(s) of the CDC and may accept, reject, or modify each of its recommendations. B. In the event the President modifies or rejects any of the CDC's recommendations, the President shall set forth in writing relevant reasons specific to the individual actions and transmit these reasons to the CDC, the affected individual and, where relevant, to the Board of Trustees. C. Where the implementation of the President's recommendations requires Board action, the President shall present them to the Board of Trustees.

PRESIDENTIAL REVIEW. The President may hold a meeting with the employee at a mutually acceptable time and location. At this meeting, pertinent information may be presented, orally or in writing, to the President. The President shall respond to the employee in writing no later than twenty-one (21) days after the filing of the Level II request or twenty-one (21) days after a Level II meeting, if such a meeting occurs.
PRESIDENTIAL REVIEW. 5.8.1 The President shall notify each candidate in writing as to whether or not a range adjustment has been granted within two months of having received the application. For successful candidates in the first three rounds, the effective date of the adjustment is set forth in Appendix V B. Thereafter, the adjustment shall become effective the following September 1st (Except for 12-month faculty whose effective date shall be the following July 1st.)
PRESIDENTIAL REVIEW. The Faculty Hearing Committee shall provide the President, the grievant, the appropriate administrator, and the grievant’s representative (if any) with a copy of its written grievance decision at the time it is issued. Within twenty- one (21) days of the President’s receipt of the decision, shall inform the grievant and Faculty Hearing Panel Co-Chairpersons in writing of their decision, which may be to accept the decision of the Faculty Hearing Committee; to accept the decision in part and reject the decision in part; or to reject said decision. In the event the President determines to reject the decision of the Faculty Hearing Committee, s/he they shall provide a statement of reasons for said decision.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Vice President In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President, if any (or in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in the order designated by the Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.
